I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. I am fortunate enough to have maintained a successful recovery for over 20 years.

Along with my training and experience, I now offer LENS Neurofeedback. LENS works by breaking up stuck brainwave patterns and resetting our brains to a more flexible, healthy state. I am finding that LENS promotes an extra confidence and motivation for clients transitioning into the alcohol-free/drug-free lifestyle.

My favorite part of counseling may be sharing what I have learned through my own recovery process and what I believe are the keys to a successful recovery. This includes learning what the 12-steps are all about, knowing how to get the most out of attending meetings, and understanding how and why the spiritual component of recovery is so crucial to a successful long term recovery.
